Common Questions

How long does it take for the prime N bond to dry?

Allow PRIME-N-BOND to dry before applying a polymer-modified mortar. The minimum drying time is 15 – 60 minutes, depending on the substrate and environmental conditions. When used as a primer for self-leveling products (e.g., NXT LEVEL), allow 2 – 5 hours for PRIME-N-BOND to dry before self-leveling products are poured.

What is the difference between primer and bonding agent?

Primer — hydrophilic monomer used to wet and penetrate the tooth surface. Self-cured bonding agent — bonding agent with a catalyst that allows self-curing without light activation.
